The Juventus duo of Stephan Lichtsteiner and Mirko Vucinic are doubts for the game against Milan on Sunday.
The internationals picked up suspected muscle strains during the 2-2 Champions League draw with Galatasaray on Wednesday.
Striker Vucinic lasted just 26 minutes, while the right wing-back was replaced at half-time by Mauricio Isla.
The two men will undergo tests on Thursday in an effort to ascertain the seriousness of their respective issues.
“Vucinic and Lichtsteiner have muscular problems, but we must wait for tomorrow to see the extent of the injuries,” said boss Antonio Conte last night.
“We hope they’re not too serious.”
