Maxime Gonalons agent has refused to rule out a move to Napoli in January for the Lyon midfielder.
The Partenopei were heavily linked with the France international over the summer, but failed to land the 24-year-old.
His representative though, has admitted that a possible transfer could happen over the winter.
“I met with [Napoli sporting director Ricardo] Bigon twice over the summer,” Frederic Guerra told Radio Crc.
“But since then I have had no news about it. I do not know though.
“Maybe Napoli are still looking for a player with his characteristics in January. A transfer can be done, but Napoli have to accept the demands of Lyon and the player.”
