Juan Manuel Iturbe is linked with Barcelona, Inter, Napoli, Juventus and more, but his agent feels it is “disrespectful” towards Verona.
The 20-year-old Argentine has been a sensation since moving to Hellas Verona on loan from Porto with an option to buy at the end of the season.
Over the last few days newspapers have hypothesised a bigger club could help Verona to buy the player outright, therefore gaining 50 per cent of his contract.
“I think that today any sort of theory on his future is premature,” agent Claudio Anellucci told TuttoJuve.
“The risk is to be disrespectful towards his current club, as Verona are perfectly ready to bet on the lad. They mapped out a path for him and Juan is following it, earning the first deserved results.
“Now everyone appreciates him for what he can do on the pitch. I jokingly refer to him as an animal on the pitch, as he was born to play football. It is a natural gift he was given.”
