Miralem Pjanic reflects on his “magic moment” after a brace gave Roma victory over Napoli and Bosnia reached the World Cup.
The midfielder, who is still only 23, scored with a free kick and a penalty in last night’s 2-0 win.
“It is a magic moment for me and I hope to continue like this,” he told Sky Sport Italia.
“Last season I trained well, yet I struggled to find playing time at the start. Every Coach has his vision and in the end I worked hard to earn my space.”
Roma’s eighth consecutive Serie A victory comes just days after Pjanic helped Bosnia qualify for their first World Cup.
“What happened in my country is a dream come true.”
