Milan assistant manager Mauro Tassotti blames all their current problems on injuries, as Gabriel gets his Serie A debut against Udinese.
The Rossoneri are without Christian Abbiati, Mario Balotelli, Stephan El Shaarawy, Giampaolo Pazzini, Daniele Bonera and Mattia De Sciglio, while Kaka is only fit for the bench.

“The time in the pre-match training camp did us good,” Tassotti told Milan Channel.
“We watched films of our games and those of our opponents. I don’t know if we will win or lose today, but the ritiro was still a positive experience.
“We would love to be able to play with the full squad at our disposal, as when everyone is available we can compete at the highest level.
“Over the next three weeks we’ll have seven games, so some players will need a breather during that time.”
Abbiati was a late addition to the absentee list due to a calf problem, so 22-year-old Gabriel gets his Serie A debut in goal.
“The whole staff has faith in him, as he has improved a great deal. We think he can do well. We could’ve done with Balotelli’s technique this evening, as we often struggle against Udinese. We hope that Kaka can play.”
