Emmanuel Agyemang Badu has congratulated Roma after the capital club beat his Udinese side 1-0 on Sunday.
Michael Bradley scored late on to maintain the Giallorossi’s 100 per cent record this term, and the midfielder has admitted that the defeat ‘hurt’.
“I thought we played a great game,” he told reporters. “We did well, and I thought we were unlucky to have conceded with eight minutes to go.
“We fought hard to try and equalise, but, obviously, we couldn’t do it.
“You have to congratulate Roma for their win, even if it hurts to lose at home in front of your own fans.
“Now we have to overcome that disappointment and think about the next game against Sassuolo.”
