Ciro Immobile is satisfied with his recent efforts in front of goal for a struggling Torino outfit.
The former Italian Under-21 international had a problematic start to the campaign, but he has now grabbed four in his last fives games.
“I was suffering with a mental block,” stated the summer signing, who is co-owned with Juventus, to Tuttosport.
“We attackers live for goals and having not scored since the end of 2012 was a long time for me. Then, after the goal against Sampdoria, everything changed.”
Immobile has also found the net in ties versus Inter, Livorno and Cagliari.
“Everyone in the team is getting to know me now and things can only get better,” he added. “But four goals in 10 games is a good total so far.”
Toro entertain Catania when Serie A resumes after the international break.
