Inter centre-back Andrea Ranocchia is being tracked by Napoli with the view of making a possible move in January.
The 25-year-old has been almost ever-present in the Nerazzurri XI this term, but Sky Sport Italia report that the defender is not entirely comfortable with Coach Walter Mazzarri.
The news agency believe that Ranocchia does not feel that the tactician has complete confidence in his abilities, and is open to a move.
The Italy international feels that if the club had belief in his capabilities, they would have signed him to a long-term contract by now.
Ranocchia’s current deal ends in 2015 , with talks not progressing at anywhere near the rate the defender would like.
As such, a departure could be possible, with Rafa Benitez’s men said to be keen on bringing him to Stadio San Paolo.
