Julio Cesar has been out with a muscular problem since the 1-0 win at Genoa on October 29.
Cambiasso picked up a thigh strain in the same match, while Sneijder was rested after fainting at half-time during the 1-1 with Brescia last week.
The Dutchman has been diagnosed with anaemia.
Still absent for the big match against Milan are Douglas Maicon, Walter Samuel, Sulley Muntari, MacDonald Mariga, Thiago Motta and David Suazo.
