Edy Reja says he would settle for Napoli winning the Scudetto and Lazio qualifying for the Champions League.
The 65-year-old has split loyalties this weekend as Lazio travel to face his former side Napoli.
Reja spent four years at the San Paolo and led Napoli to back-to-back promotions, ending their exile from the top flight.
Interviewed by La Gazzetta dello Sport, he said: "I'll be emotional on Sunday. I gave a lot and received a lot at Napoli. I have only been at Lazio for a year: perhaps they still don't know me. But I am proud of what I am doing.
"I have a great relationship with Claudio Lotito and the team. I hope to reach the same level of consideration in the future.
"We are fighting for two objectives. If things go badly we'll end up in the Europa League and that wouldn't be a bad achievement.
"I am giving my all. I am working with enthusiasm."
