Andrea Pirlo and Daniele Bonera have not recovered in time for the Milan derby this evening, but Diego Milito and Andrea Ranocchia are ready.
There were hopes the Rossoneri would have their midfielder Pirlo back for his first official game since January, as he was in training this week.
However, the knee injury is not completely healed yet, so he is out of the game along with Bonera, Marek Jankulovski, Massimo Ambrosini, Pippo Inzaghi and the suspended Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Inter have better news, as Leonardo has recovered Milito and Ranocchia for tonight's Scudetto clash.
Milito is coming off a long lay-off, while Ranocchia had to abandon international duty with Italy due to a knee problem.
Cristian Chivu is also included, so only Walter Samuel and the suspended Lucio are unavailable.
