Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri believes Alexandre Pato is an extra weapon he can use to win the Scudetto.
Pato struck twice in an emphatic 3-0 victory over Inter in the Derby della Madonnina on Saturday evening.
"I am very happy with Pato, not just for his goals, but the moment he is going through," Allegri said.
"He can be an extra weapon.
"After the game my phone was full of text messages, but the gesture that struck me the most was the embrace from my father Fernando.
"He has been my spiritual guide since I played for Pescara. It moved me and we are very close."
Asked about the title race, Allegri said: "I respect Napoli a lot. I've been saying for three months that they deserve respect."
