Miroslav Klose will sign a one-year contract extension with Lazio, it has been claimed this morning.
The German striker’s current deal ends in June, and despite constant speculation that he will leave for the MLS come the summer, Il Tempo suggest that the forward will sign on with the Biancocelesti for another season.
The paper writes that the arrival of Edy Reja as Coach has swayed the veteran goalscorer’s mind, and an extension will be signed before the end of the month.
The new deal is for another year, and Il Tempo understands that Klose has agreed to take a wage-cut in order to stay in the capital.
