Italian sources claim Swansea City have made an offer to Parma Coach Roberto Donadoni.
The Welsh club is on the look-out for a new manager after surprisingly parting company with Michael Laudrup.
Garry Monk and Alan Curtis are currently in charge of Napoli’s Europa League opponents, but the Swans are already working out their future plans.
According to Teleducato.it, those include Parma tactician Donadoni.
This report follows other suggestions this week that Donadoni was disenchanted with the reaction of local fans and therefore wanted to leave Parma at the end of the season.
The 50-year-old has been a Coach since 2001, working at Lecco, Livorno, Genoa, Napoli, Cagliari and Parma.
He was also Italy’s manager from July 2006 to June 2008, leading the Azzurri to a Euro 2008 quarter-final defeat on penalties to eventual winners Spain.
