Massimiliano Allegri could be set for a return to managerial duties with the Greece national team, reports suggest.
The 46-year-old tactician was given his marching orders by Milan earlier on this year after a disappointing season.
But Sky Sport Italia claim that the former Cagliari man won’t have to wait long for his next job, with the Greek Football Association apparently interested in hiring the tactician.
Fernando Santos is currently in charge of the Ethniki, but after the World Cup will be replaced by Allegri, the station claims.
The hierarchy at the HFF [Hellenic Football Federation] have been in touch with the ex-Rossoneri Coach, who will fly out to Athens soon to discuss a deal.
