Fiorentina President Andrea Della Valle is reportedly anxious to open talks with winger Juan Cuadrado over his future at the club.
The businessman is said to be worried at the number of clubs interested in taking the Colombian star away from the Artemio Franchi in the summer.
The 25-year-old is currently co-owned by the Viola and Udinese and a report in La Nazione today claims that Della Valle wants to buy out the Bianconeri’s share in the player.
That would then lead to his club being in a stronger position when listening to potential offers in the next transfer window, with Barcelona rumoured to be interested in Cuadrado’s services.
The President will now seek to hold talks with the player’s agent, Giampaolo Pozzo, as soon as possible in order to determine their next move.
