Udinese have confirmed that leading scorer Antonio Di Natale will miss Sunday's trip to Napoli in Serie A.
The 33-year-old striker, who has scored 26 goals this season, suffered an ankle injury before last weekend's match against Roma.
He reportedly flew to see a specialist in Barcelona today for an expert opinion.
Ramon Cugat has worked with the likes of Samuel Eto'o, Fernando Torres and Pippo Inzaghi.
He has recommended that Di Natale sit out the match against hometown club Napoli.
It's a big blow to Udinese who will also be without Alexis Sanchez.
