Daniele Conti will only hold talks with Cagliari over a new deal in the summer, amid speculation that he could leave.
The defensive midfielder has spent the majority of his playing career with the Sardinian outfit, but faces rumours over his future with his current deal set to expire at the end of June.
Reports in Italy have it that the 35-year-old will only sit down with the club at the end of the season to discuss their options, with the Corriere dello Sport speculating that he could be headed for the exit.
Conti is also seen as a close friend of Diego Lopez, recently sacked as Coach by Cellino.
