Daniele Baselli has claimed that rumours Paris Saint-Germain could be interested in his services are ‘a bit far-fetched’.
Stories have emerged in recent weeks that the Ligue 1 champions could make a move for the Atalanta youngster in the summer.
But the Dea man has insisted that he is just focused on doing well for the Bergamo outfit until the end of the campaign.
“We always talk about the market, and I think sometimes that can weigh heavily on people’s minds,” he told a Press conference.
“I honestly don’t know whether to believe these rumours about PSG or not, because, for me, they seem a bit far-fetched.
“I am just concentrating on doing well for Atalanta, then we’ll see what happens.
“Verratti? It’s true he went to PSG at a young age, but he had won Serie B with Pescara.”
