Milan's Zlatan Ibrahimovic will miss the League games against Brescia and Bologna after having his appeal against a ban rejected.
The Swede was slapped with a three-match stop after the win in Fiorentina for an accumulation of yellow cards, before he was sent-off for using foul and abusive language against match officials.
The former Barcelona player missed last weekend's 3-0 win over Sampdoria, but his club were hoping to have the rest of his ban reduced.
Ibra had maintained that he was frustrated with himself and that his anger was not directed at the referee's assistant.
However, that argument has seemingly failed as the disciplinary commission have this afternoon upheld their original decision.
Milan could actually appeal again, but as it stands Ibra won't be back until the Week 36 game against Roma.
