The number of penalties awarded to Roma in Serie A this season has now reached 13 after the two at Bari last night – a new club record.
The outfit's previous 'best' was 11 spot-kicks won in 2005-06 and 2010-11, but that tally has now been surpassed.
Roma have scored 11 and missed two of the 13 from this term – with Francesco Totti scoring and missing at the San Nicola on Sunday.
The Serie A record for most penalties awarded to a single team in one season belongs to Milan who were given 18 in 1950-51. That was a 20-team top flight too.
