Roma will appeal against the three-match bans handed to Simone Perrotta and Daniele De Rossi.
The two midfielders were informed of their sentence yesterday afternoon following their dismissals against Bari on Sunday.
Although both were sent-off for violent conduct, the Giallorossi feel that the punishment doesn't fit the crime.
There were reports in Italy on Monday that Roma wouldn't bother appealing De Rossi's stop given his elbow at the San Nicola.
Roma, who are just a point away from the final Champions League place, will be without the two for the rest of the Serie A season if their appeals fail.
