Luca Toni says he would leave Juventus without a fight should the club decide to sell him at the end of the season.
The 2006 World Cup winner joined the Bianconeri in January on a free transfer from Serie A rivals Genoa.
Toni, as he himself admits, has struggled to make a difference for the Old Lady which does mean his future is in some doubt.
"I would have liked to have given more to the side, but I was affected by the early injury I picked up and when I did return to action I wasn't fully fit," he stated.
"To arrive at Juventus was a dream for me and I'll really like to play in the new stadium. However, it will be up to the club to decide.
"If they don't want to count on me then I will leave without any arguments. I certainly don't want to be a problem."
Toni, formerly of Fiorentina, Bayern Munich and Roma, is contracted to the Turin giants until June 2012.
