It's a Scudetto party in Milan today as the team rides an open-top bus towards the stadium and is presented the Serie A trophy after the Cagliari game.
The Rossoneri clinched their first title in seven years when holding Roma to a draw at the Stadio Olimpico last week.
However, this will be their first home game – not to mention the last at San Siro for this season – so the club will use the event as their Scudetto celebration.
The whole squad will travel from the club headquarters in Via Turati at 16.15 UK time, going through Via Manzoni, Piazza della Scala, Via Santa Margherita and Via Mengoni.
They'll arrive at the famous Piazza Duomo at around 16.45 for a huge celebration surrounded by supporters in the town square.
Milan will travel to San Siro for tonight's game with Cagliari, kick-off 19.45 UK time, and after the final whistle are set to be presented the Scudetto trophy.
