Alexandre Pato is out of the Copa America after dislocating his left shoulder during Milan's game this evening.
The Brazil international was hoping to be one of the stars of the tournament in July, but has been ruled out of the entire competition.
Pato was stretchered off during the 0-0 draw with Udinese after falling awkwardly on to his left shoulder.
He was taken to a local hospital and given x-rays, which proved there are no fractures, but the shoulder was dislocated.
The player was put under general anaesthetic so that doctors could put the shoulder back in place and he will need to wear a support brace for four weeks before beginning rehabilitation.
