Parma chief Tommaso Ghirardi has revealed some of the club's plans for the summer transfer window.
He has firstly confirmed the outfit's position regarding Sebastian Giovinco and Amauri, who are both currently on loan from Juventus.
"I believe that Giovinco will stay here and we'll take up the option to buy half of his contract," the Tardini chief noted.
"This will be an important solution for Juventus too as it will allow the boy to play with regularity.
"Amauri? We'll have to wait and see."
The official also responded to rumours about Chelsea's Fabio Borini, Graziano Pellè of AZ and Torino's Rolando Bianchi. All are strikers.
"Borini is already ours and we are defining the last details for Pellè. I can't talk about Bianchi as he is still trying to get promoted with Torino."
Parma have endured a problematic campaign and were forced into a coaching change when Franco Colomba replaced Pasquale Marino recently.
"It was a season that wasn't going well, but we achieved success with Colomba. I'm satisfied," added the President.
"We finished 12th and while it is true that we had higher ambitions at the start, to ensure safety with two games left seeing how things developed is a great result."
