Reto Ziegler has completed his move from Sampdoria to Juventus, the Old Lady of Italian football have confirmed.
The Swiss full-back had a medical in Turin on Wednesday and has subsequently put pen to paper.
The left-back, formerly of Tottenham, has committed himself to the Bianconeri until June 30, 2015.
Ziegler, who was on the verge of joining Lazio in January, arrives on a free after his Doria deal expired.
"I'm very happy," said the new Turin stopper. "Yesterday I had my medical tests and then I signed the contract.
"Everything went well and I can't wait to wear the shirt of this club.
"Juventus are a great side, it is a great honour for me and an important step forwards in my career.
"I can now play with champions and will be able to show my qualities as a footballer.
"I am a full-back who likes to attack, I'm a technical player and I can give a bit of freshness to Juventus."
Juventus also signed Andrea Pirlo from Milan on a Bosman earlier this week.
