Antonio Floro Flores is part-owned by Udinese and Genoa, but is reportedly on the wish-list of Borussia Dortmund.
The Italian striker started the season in Udine and moved in a co-ownership deal in January 2011.
Genoa have until June 25 to take up their option on buying the player's entire contract.
Datasport suggest that Floro Flores has already been watched by Borussia scouts over the past three weeks and contacted the club.
