Napoli goalkeeper Morgan De Sanctis is confident that “Marek Hamsik is untouchable. You'll see, none of the big names will leave.”
The Partenopei secured a place in the Champions League group phase for next season by finishing third in Serie A, but have been beset by transfer speculation.
“President Aurelio De Laurentiis was right in saying Hamsik is untouchable. We have many great gems and you'll see that none of the big names will leave,” De Sanctis told Sky Sport Italia.
“I am very happy that Walter Mazzarri chose to stay and I never doubted that would be the case. Napoli is such a unique club with fans who give us players some intense sensations.
“Now we have to recharge our batteries ahead of another great season. We celebrated so much at achieving third place, but we can't stop now.
“I anxiously await the Champions League nights at the Stadio San Paolo, as we want to take the Napoli jersey higher than ever,” concluded the goalkeeper.
