Cesena say they expect Inter to sign Yuto Nagatomo on a permanent basis by the end of next week.
"I think his transfer is just a formality," Cesena sporting director Lorenzo Minotti told Radio Sportiva on Saturday.
"A deal was pretty much already agreed in January, but then there were a few bureaucratic problems. The signatures are just missing now."
The Japanese international, an attacking left-back, joined Inter on loan in January just six months after moving to Serie A.
"The deal will certainly be concluded next week, where we will also talk about a few interesting young Inter players who could come to us," Minotti added.
Turning his attention to Marco Parolo, Minotti confirmed that Genoa and Fiorentina are keen on the midfielder.
"A lot of clubs want him, but teams are still making plans and there has been no official offer tabled for him," the former Parma defender added.
"The player, though, is co-owned with Chievo so they will have a say too."
