Alexis Sanchez only wants Barcelona and now the Spaniards have set an ultimatum for Udinese with their “definitive offer.”
Today the Friulani confessed Sanchez had rejected Manchester City or any destination that was not the Nou Camp, but hold firm on his €40m price-tag.
Now that City have pulled out of the bidding war, Barça have sent out a clear message.
“We are waiting for a response from Udinese,” a spokesperson told Spanish news agency EFE.
“Barcelona made a definitive offer for the player and we will not change the parameters indicated.”
Although the details of this offer are not formally known, they are believed to be €27m cash plus another €13m in performance-related bonuses.
However, Udinese were offered far more by Manchester City, so are holding out for the total €40m up front.
