Cagliari boss Roberto Donadoni has asked his club to make an enquiry to Juventus for Cristian Pasquato.
The Juventus youth team product, who can play on the wing or as a second striker, impressed in Serie B last season.
The 22-year-old scored nine goals in 40 appearances while on loan at Modena during the 2010-11 campaign.
Pasquato was linked with a move to Cagliari earlier this summer when it was suggested that he could be offered to the club as part of a deal for Alessandro Matri.
Instead, Juve signed the Italian international on a permanent basis, after his six-month loan stint, for €15.5m.
