“There is a request from Napoli for Alexis Sanchez, but right now we'd prefer to complete talks with Barcelona,” revealed Udinese.
The Chilean talent is in Argentina for the Copa America, but clubs and agents continue to discuss his future.
“There is a request from Napoli for Sanchez, but right now we'd prefer to conclude the talks with Barcelona,” patron Gino Pozzo told the Gazzetta dello Sport.
“Next week we have a series of meetings planned and we'll see what happens. We don't intend to negotiate at many different tables, as we first have to wait and see how it ends with Barcelona.
“It is a more complex negotiation process because there are other players involved in the transfer.
“In any case, there is no rush as Sanchez is still focused on the Copa America.”
Udinese revealed earlier this week that Napoli had made a surprise offer for El Nino Maravilla, who has been valued at almost €50m.
However, the player has made it clear he would prefer Barcelona and rejected a more lucrative proposal from Manchester City.
