Manchester United and Inter will meet in the next 48 hours to discuss the future of Wesley Sneijder.
The Premiership club are very interested in adding the Dutchman to their squad and Inter are reportedly ready to sell at the right price.
United have been paired with the former Real Madrid man for most of the summer, but it now seems that the two clubs are ready to sit down and discuss a deal.
Sneijder, signed by the Italians at the request of Jose Mourinho in the summer of 2009, is admired by United boss Sir Alex Ferguson.
Internazionale apparently value the attacking midfielder, who is also wanted by Malaga, at a massive €39m.
It's claimed in Italy that Inter would want such a fee in order to then re-invest it by rejoining the race to sign Alexis Sanchez from Udinese.
The Chilean was tracked by Inter at the start of the summer, but Udinese's €50m valuation scared them off and left the door open for Barcelona.
Udinese and Barca have been in discussions for weeks over the youngster, but no compromise has been reached yet.
