Palermo beat United Arab Emirates side Al-Ain 2-0 in an impressive pre-season friendly performance.
The Sicilians started training earlier than most Serie A sides, as they must play the first leg of their Europa League preliminary round on July 28.
Stefano Pioli's men lined up in a friendly tournament in Bressanone on Saturday night, playing two games lasting 45 minutes each.

Palermo changed their line-up for the second mini-match, a 4-1 victory over local side Bressanone.
Mauricio Pinilla took centre stage here by scoring a hat-trick.
