Omar Milanetto will not be ending his Genoa career this summer. "These stories are just rubbish," said his agent.
The midfielder, who will be 36 in November, has been linked with a Marassi exit ahead of the 2011-12 campaign.
However, speaking with Pianeta Genoa 1893, agent Giuseppe Galli maintains that his client will still be wearing the Rossoblu shirt in the new campaign.
"These stories that Omar is on his way out are just rubbish," Galli noted. "Milanetto wants Genoa and he'll remain with the club."
Milanetto, formerly of Como and Modena, joined Genoa in 2006 after a couple of seasons at Brescia.
