Inter President Massimo Moratti has commented on the FIGC's decision to not strip them of the 2006 Scudetto.
"It's confirmation of what we already knew, nothing more than confirmation," were his brief words outside his Milan offices this morning.
The Italian Football Federation yesterday announced that they could not revoke or re-assign the disputed Calciopoli title on legal grounds.
Juventus had asked the Federation to reconsider the judgement of the Calciopoli sporting trial after it emerged that other clubs, including Inter, had also liaised with the refereeing designators at the time.
Juve's 2005 and 2006 League championships were taken away from them, with the latter handed to Inter instead.
