The agent of Thiago Motta is unable to confirm reports that Inter and Genoa have been discussing the future of his client.
The midfielder left the Marassi outfit for Inter in the summer of 2009, but there are stories circulating that the port club want him back.
The two clubs met yesterday to discuss Rodrigo Palacio, but other players were also mentioned at the talks.
“I know nothing of the meeting between Genoa and Inter where Thiago Motta was supposedly discussed,” representative Dario Canovi told FC Inter News.
“It’s something that I have got from the newspapers.
“The player’s situation is that he has been working hard, as usual, for the last 20 days in training.
“He still has two years left on his contract and he hasn’t asked us to leave. I know nothing else…”
