Roma boss Claudio Ranieri is confident his players will pick themselves up again after Sunday's heavy 3-1 beating at the hands of Palermo.
The defeat brought to an end Roma's eight-game unbeaten run and heralded a slide to seventh place in the Serie A standings.
"The strength of Roma is that every time the team has fallen it has got back up again. I always expect a strong performance," Ranieri said.
"It will be a difficult game against Chievo. But the lads will put on a great performance.
"We know what we got wrong against Palermo. Sometimes we don't do well when we play away from home, but I want to change this trend."
