Inter comeback for Sneijder?

Turkish media report Galatasaray midfielder Wesley Sneijder could make a surprise comeback to Inter.

The Dutchman was part of the Treble-winning side of 2010 under Jose Mourinho.

According to Aktif Haber, the Nerazzurri have made initial enquiries for Sneijder to arrive in January.

The clubs already did a lot of business over the summer, as Felipe Melo and Alex Telles made the move to San Siro.

Sneijder just turned 31 and his contract with Galatasaray only runs to June 2016.

Juventus director Beppe Marotta insists there will be “no major signings” in the transfer window, including Neto.

The director general spoke to Sky Sport Italia ahead of tonight’s big Serie A match against Napoli.

Juve turn to Mkhitaryan

With Wesley Sneijder increasingly unlikely, it’s reported Juventus are targeting Borussia Dortmund’s Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

Galatasaray are refusing to go below €20m for Sneijder, whereas Juve’s top bid would be €7m, so the club is looking elsewhere for a new trequartista.

According to Sky Sport Italia, the main target is now Armenian Mkhitaryan, who is in fact due to face Juventus in the Champions League with Borussia Dortmund next month.
