He sprained his left knee during Saturday’s 3-2 defeat to Atalanta at the Stadio Azzurri d’Italia, after providing a goal and an assist.

A statement from the club’s medical staff confirmed Di Francesco will be out of action for circa two to three weeks.
There was a slight strain to the medial collateral ligament.
It could be a real problem, as Simone Verdi is also in doubt for this weekend’s game with Udinese.
