Lazio President Claudio Lotito will reportedly offer Keita Balde Diao a new contract worth €1.5m a season.

The 22-year-old has starred in the Biancocelesti's highly-impressive season under Simone Inzaghi, helping the team to fourth place in Serie A and the upcoming Coppa Italia final.

The Senegalese's performances have seen him linked with the likes of Juventus, Milan and most recently Sevilla, but Il Messagero reports the Stadio Olimpico chief has not given up hope of keeping one of his prized assets.

According to the Italian daily, however, such is his current form that the figure of €1.5m may not be enough to persuade Diao to put pen to paper on a new deal.

The Rossoneri are said to be willing to offer forward Gianluca Lapadula in part exchange for Diao, but Lotito will likely demand at least €30m should he concede defeat in his efforts to keep the player in Rome.
