Inter have officially sold Gianluca Caprari to Sampdoria and are due to receive Milan Skriniar as part of the overall deal.
“FC Internazionale can confirm that forward Gianluca Caprari, 23, has joined UC Sampdoria on a permanent transfer,” read the statement.
The move had been expected and will be followed imminently by the transfer of defender Skriniar to Inter.
It’s believed the Nerazzurri are paying €20m plus performance-related bonuses to get the Under-21 international Slovakian defender.
Sky Sport Italia also reported that, due to Financial Fair Play considerations, Caprari has been valued at €15m.
Caprari spent this season on loan at Pescara.
