Fiorentina have officially confirmed the sale of goalkeeper Ciprian Tatarusanu to Claudio Ranieri’s Nantes.
The Romanian international spent the past three seasons with the Viola after joining from Dinamo Bucharest, becoming first choice after Neto joined Juventus.
Standing at 1.98m, the 31-year-old made a total of 95 appearances during his time at Stadio Artemio Franchi.
“ACF Fiorentina announces the sale, on a permanent basis, of the player Ciprian Tatarusanu to F.C Nantes,” an official statement confirmed.
The Ligue 1 side appointed Claudio Ranieri as Coach earlier this summer, his first job since being sacked by Leicester City.
