Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly joined the race to sign Genoa striker Giovanni Simeone.
Tottenham are said to be in the market for attacking reinforcements, and the Mirror claims manager Mauricio Pochettino is a fan of Simeone.
Pochettino played alongside the forward’s father – Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone – for Argentina.
The report has also been picked up by Gazzetta dello Sport, but the British publication notes Spurs have yet to make an official bid for the 22-year-old.
Fiorentina and Torino had both been credited with an interest in Simeone, who scored 12 goals in Serie A last season.
