Milan have reportedly made an enquiry about Lazio striker Ciro Immobile.

The Rossoneri are looking to add a striker to their squad, and have been given a deadline of Friday to make Fiorentina a suitable offer for Ciro Immobile.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Diego Costa are also thought to be options, but SportMediaset is reporting today that they’ve also put out feelers for Immobile.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Diego Costa are also thought to be options, but SportMediaset is reporting today that they’ve also put out feelers for Immobile.

So far there has only been tentative contact with the Biancocelesti, and President Claudio Lotito refused to either confirm or deny there could be an opportunity to negotiate for the Italian international.

Immobile would likely cost less than Aubameyang or Costa, and he’s a proven Serie A goalscorer.

That said, it’s not known whether Lazio would consider selling and what the request would be if they did.

The likelihood is that Immobile would cost somewhere between €30m and €50m, allowing the Aquile to make a significant gain on the €8.75m they paid for him.

At the moment things haven’t progressed beyond that initial approach, and any negotiation certainly wouldn’t be easy, as shown by the protracted talks for Lucas Biglia.
