Juventus midfielder Tomas Rincon has reportedly checked in for a medical with Torino.

According to Toro.it and several Italian journalists, Rincon was spotted having tests at Torino’s stadium on Friday morning.

A deal worth €7m plus bonuses is said to have been agreed for the Venezuelan, who will try to fill the void left by Marco Benassi.

Once his medical is completed, the 29-year-old should sign his contract at Toro’s headquarters, before attending their Coppa Italia clash with Trapani this evening.

Rincon only joined Juve at the start of the year but was a peripheral player at best in his half-season with the Bianconeri.
