Roma have seemingly left their No 10 shirt vacant for this season after Francesco Totti’s retirement.

Totti hung up his boots at the end of the previous campaign, and while Roma have yet to make a decision on whether to retire his 10 jersey, it appears no-one will succeed the club icon just yet.

However, this may be subject to change as the transfer window does not shut until August 31.

Meanwhile, Wojciech Szczesny’s departure allows Alisson to take the No 1 jersey, while new signings Lorenzo Pellegrini, Aleksandar Kolarov, Hector Moreno, Cengiz Under, Maxime Gonalons, Gregoire Defrel and Rick Karsdorp have been given 7, 11, 15, 17, 21, 23 and 26 respectively.

Young striker Umar Sadiq has also been handed 97, despite reports suggesting he will join Torino.
