Sampdoria President Massimo Ferrero warns Inter that “whoever wants Patrik Schick will have to pay a lot of money for him. He might stay.”
The centre-forward had been due to join Juventus for €30m plus bonuses, but the transfer collapsed after he failed a medical.
He has now been given the all-clear after a cardiac issue was resolved.
“Whoever wants Schick will have to pay a lot of money for him,” Ferrero told Mediaset Premium.
“He is training with us and for now he is our player. He will go to the team that is best for him, or he might stay. In that case, he really would be the best signing of the summer.
“Schick is a great talent and is so strong.”
