Milan offered Wilshere deal

Milan are considering a move for Jack Wilshere after he was offered to them by Arsenal, claims the Corriere dello Sport.

This certainly is not the first time that Wilshere has been linked with a Serie A switch, but he has always been reticent to leave England.

The 25-year-old midfielder came up through the Gunners academy, but injury problems and a lack of form saw him drop off the radar.

He had loan spells at Bolton and Bournemouth, but has long been linked with a Serie A switch, most notably to Roma.

According to the Corriere dello Sport newspaper, Arsenal asked Milan if they wanted to sign Wilshere, whose contract is due to expire next summer.
